Text Message Reminders

by Charles Laux on January 26, 2016

There have been quite a few students forgetting their instrument on string project class day, so I would like to send a text message reminder on Monday evenings to remind students to be sure to bring instrument to school on Tuesday morning.

I will also use the text message system to pass along some interesting and fun string instrument web links, practice tips, and more. Typically there will be 1 or 2 messages per week.

If you would like to sign up for text reminders, please use the following directions:

Send the message @stringproj to the number 81010

You can also click here: http://www.remind.com/join/stringproj. Confused?  Download detailed  directions here.

Please note: Mission critical messages such as registration information, class cancellations and all newsletters will still continue to be sent via email and posted on the String Project website at www.kennesawstringproject.org

The text messages will simply be additional reminders and information. Both parents and students are encouraged to sign up for text reminders, however it is not required. Standard text message rates apply to incoming messages.  You may unsubscribe from the system at any time.

Please let me know should you have any questions or concerns.

Charles Laux, director
